Hello Everyone!
Sooooo, Arsene will be managing his 900th game on Sat against Norwich!! He told Arsenal Player that he was surprised because he didn't know where the other 899 had gone! 'You always have so much to focus on the next one that you forget the games that are behind you'. 'It's impressive, 900 games, but basically what is only important for me is to win the next one.' Congrats to Mr. Wenger!
Ok, so, Norwich... hmmmm. Norwich seem to be in their worst run of the season after losing their last 3 matches. Arsenal have 5 clean sheets in the last 8 matches. Norwich haven't beaten Arsenal away from home since 1992, and they have failed to score in a quarter of their matches this season. So, easy? I say no... When ever we play these teams at lower end of table, we tend to choke. It's like the players go on the pitch with an attitude of- this will be a walk in the park. Bad move. The lower teams have everything to play for and want to show the top teams they can go to their stadiums and embarrass the home team. We need a win to secure our 3 place on the table. So lets fight and win!! 5 or 6-0 will do me!! :o)
WOW!!! Lukas Podolski!! I know it's been circulating around that we were gonna get him but sometimes these rumors evaporate like the water in my mini's radiator!! So the German striker is on his way into our beloved shirts. Snubbing Man United, to be a Gunner!! Hee hee!! Schaefer who was in charge of Cologne last season was quoted as saying 'He will be a hit with Wenger! Arsenal is a club that will be absolutely right for Lukas. He will be scoring lots of goals, especially if RVP stays'
Bring on Norwich, and lets secure our 3rd place spot!!
